Hi, I'm Sara.
I’m a Boulder-based run coach who works with highly motivated women 34+ ready to break through marathon and half marathon plateaus.
Through personalized and science-backed training, I create strategic training experiences designed around your goals, and your real life. I manage your training around work deadlines, Tuesday happy hours, Thursday morning mat pilates, weekend travels + more to provide the best training plan for you, your goals, and your life. Being a Swiftie doesn't hurt either ;)
I love running and creating a strong community because I know that this sport can be enjoyed more when it's shared. It is so much better together!

Sara Manderscheid, Lead Coach + Founder
Sara's mission is to deliver customized training plans, motivation, inspiration, and support for committed runners looking to take their training to the next level.
She understands the heavy demand high performing athletes are under, from heavy work deadlines, to making the weekly Tuesday happy hour, to traveling for friends wedding.
She crafts a smart, intentional strategy for her runners, meeting you where you're at and finding your potential in running. She values open communication, encouragement, and building genuine connections. Her goal is to empower you to train effectively, have fun, and celebrate your growth in this sport.

A runner for 15 years, Sara ran her first marathon in December 2019 at the California International Marathon in a Boston Qualifying time!
Now, Sara helps others elevate their running + crush their running goals.

Coach Amber
Amber's mission is to work with each runner on an individual basis and customize their training plans to help them achieve their goals (big and small!) Amber is incredible at communicating with her athletes and will make sure all training is doable, but she'll definitely push her runners to reach new milestones! Amber is a fantastic coach because she's part cheerleader and part realist- she'll tell you like it is and then cheer you on when she sees how hard you are working!
Amber has over 15 years of running experience and knowledge - her goal is to help her athletes to feel strong, have confidence in their abilities, and to go out there and crush their goals! Amber also has been running/training/coaching through raising her own kids and working as a school principal, so she definitely knows how hard it can be to do it all, but has a ton of experience in helping her athletes to find balance.

Coach Hailey Fisher
Hailey’s mission is to create personalized training plans for runners of all levels to improve their performance and achieve their goals. She believes in providing support, empowerment, and guidance to both the physical and mental aspects of running in order to develop each runner into becoming a better, more well-rounded athlete. Her approach is all about working with you—because it’s a team effort!
Hailey’s coaching approach not only strives to improve your running—it works to cultivate a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life, with running as a part of the journey.

Training is primarily about two things: adaptation and consistency
Hailey comes from a family of runners, athletes, and has years of experience being involved in the running community. She spent most of her formative years playing soccer and played throughout college. Although Hailey has been running since junior highschool, her passion for running emerged after her collegiate soccer days were over. This was when she found running to excite her competitive drive and spirits again!
She’s now been consistently running for over 8 years and has discovered that running brings a great amount of joy and fulfillment into her life.
