A long-distance runner for 15 years, Sara is running her strongest game right now. She ran her first marathon in December 2019 at the California International Marathon in a Boston Qualifying time! Now, Sara helps others elevate their running + crush their running goals.

Austin’s mission is to provide you the information, guidance, and support necessary to achieve your fullest potential. How you do anything is how you do everything; and in working with Austin, you will not only take your running to the next level, but you will also apply key principles and lessons to a life outside of running.
With 6 years of running experience as an athlete, a background in swimming, and ice hockey, Austin knows what it takes to take your game to the next level. Newly entered into the coaching space, Austin brings a detail-oriented and meticulous approach to your training, understanding that seemingly small actions taken over time, will lead to extraordinary results.

Austin is preparing for his second Marathon, coming off of a 3:15 time in his first 26.2 effort - November 2021. Outside of running, he also enjoys strength training and swimming, as he strives to embody the life of a well-rounded athlete, constantly in pursuit of greater levels of achievement.
As someone who is in the arena with you, your relationship with Austin is built from the mutual struggle, pain, and hardship that accompanies a process-oriented approach. Big goals require great levels of support, and Austin is with you every step of the way. Diamonds are made under pressure, and it is in the process of creation that Austin’s passion lies.
