Elevate Running Retreat FAQs

What does the retreat price include?

The retreat price includes lodging, three meals a day, snacks, beverages, running form analysis, runner swag bag, transportation to and from running trails, yoga, massage services and afternoon/evening activities. All activites (even running) are optional. This your time, you control how you spend your time at running camp.

How much running will we do?

All running abilities are welcome! Expect (but not obligated) to run anywhere from 10-25 miles during the four day camp. Additional miles or two a days can be gained during afternoon free time - this is running camp after all! 

What type of food will be provided?

Three, healthy runner-friendly meals plus snacks are provided as part of the all inclusive camp price.  We serve the highest quality food, sourced organically and locally to provide you with the best nutrition during your time with us. Recover post run with a protein smoothie, chocolate chip cookies or a toasted bagel and peanut butter. We'll have options to satisfy your appetite. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.  

What if I am attending camp solo?

We embrace and welcome all styles of campers. Regardless if you attend running camp solo, make it a friend's weekend or a time to reconnect with your partner, Elevate Running Camp supports each camper and what they are looking to get out of their time with us. 

What if I have to cancel?

Life Happens. We get it. Our running camp payment and cancellation policy is:

* Full payment is due upon registration

* Cancellations greater than 60 days from camp will receive full payment less $500

* Cancellations within 31-60 days of camp will receive a 50% refund

* Cancellations within 30 days of camp will not receive a refund

I f the retreat needs to cancel due to COVID-19 

What is the best way to get to the retreat?

After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes house details and the camp agenda. The nearest major airport is Denver International Airport (DIA), approximtely 45 minutes from Boulder, with a variety of transportation options to get from DIA to Boulder. Depending on the number of campers and flight schedules, Elevate Running Camp may run a series of pickups to and from the airport. Confirm with us once your travel plans are made and we'll work with you to make your experience relaxed and easy.
