retreat AGENDA

Please note, our first run at the retreat starts around an elevation of 5,560 ft. Ideally, but not required, campers should strive to acclimate to the Colorado altitude 24-48 hours prior to camp. 

* Based on group interest, we can adjust the time of the morning run to accommodate the majority interest of campers and summer temperature. 


Day 1 

2:30-4:00 pm - Retreat check-in

Day 2

Rise + Shine - coffee and light breakfast served

ELEVATE Run - Track Workout

Recovery Fuel

ELEVATE Activity: 60 minute yoga + meditation session

ELEVATE Activity: Gait Analysis with Dr. Ally Barry

Downtime

Dinner

ELEVATE Speaking Series: Strength Training Exercises for Runners with Jason Fitzgerald


Day 3 -

Rise + Shine - coffee and light breakfast served

ELEVATE Run - The Boulder Rez Long Run! 

Recovery Breakfast

Massages + Chiropractor Work (offered throughout the afternoon)

ELEVATE Seaking Series: Strong Movement for a Strong Runner with Dr. Ally Barry

ELEVATE Activity - Hike Chautauqua Park

Downtime

Day 4

ELEVATE Run - Prediction Run

Breakfast + Prediction Run Awards

11 am - Depart  

Boulder running. Flatirons running. Run coach.
